Because of the heat in our saunas, you may expect to perspire for up to an hour following your session,
because of this, we ask that all Infrared & Ozone Sauna Sessions be scheduled after your massage.
Due to the high heat in each of our saunas, it is not recommended to schedule back to back sessions.
Our Infrared Sauna is safe for daily use, use of our Ozone Sauna should have at least two days between sessions.

What is Infrared Light?

How to prepare for your sauna session:
What to Expect & How to Prepare
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your sauna session appointment time.
Drink a minimum of 8 oz. of water to prepare your body for an increase in core body temperature.
Lay down towels on the bench to absorb sweat. It’s also nice to have an extra around to wipe your face during sessions.
During Your Sauna Session:
Relax and enjoy your sauna session, keeping in mind: an increased heart rate is common as the infrared heat works like a cardio session, remember to breathe slowly and drink water.
Stretching can be very beneficial during a sauna session, move slowly and stay seated.
If you should become overheated, gently open the door a crack to allow fresh air into the sauna.
After Your Sauna Session
Rehydrate with at least 24 oz. of water or electrolyte drink, a cold washcloth will be provided post sauna.
Your body will continue to perspire for at least 30 - 60 minutes after your sauna session, this signifies the body's continue detoxing and is completely normal, take a cool shower to help reduce excess sweat.
