Because of the heat in our saunas, you may expect to perspire for up to an hour following your session, for your comfort, we ask that all Infrared & Ozone Sauna Sessions be scheduled after your massage. It is not recommended to schedule back to back sessions.  Our Infrared Sauna is safe for daily use, use of our Ozone Sauna should have at least two days between sessions.
