According to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, the following counties are on quarantine: Eagle, Summit, Pitkin, and Gunnison. If you have traveled to any of these counties or have come into contact with someone who has, please wait two weeks before scheduling your appointment.
Additionally; if you are or begin to feel ill, please contact us immediately so that we may cancel your appointment. We are waiving cancellation fees in light of COVID-19 for your convenience.

We do have a 24 hour in advanced cancellation policy which requires a valid credit card to secure reservations. All bookings require us to reserve staff and equipment for you. In the event that you need to cancel, please do so 24 hours in advance in order to avoid any fees. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of the missed appointment fee. For No Show appointments, the entire appointment fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL OF SERVICES
To maintain the safety of our therapists, patrons, and other staff members, Body Therapeutics, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. This includes but is not limited to anyone who requests treatments or services that are outside our scope of practice. We will also exercise this right if anyone arrives for treatment under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
In order to prepare for your session:
- Drink plenty of water
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Avoid eating a large meal or drinking caffeine/ alcohol
- Remember to breathe deeply and relax!
